Home remedy for stress

A good home remedy to combat stress is passionflower tea consumption (passion flower) because it has calming and sedative properties.

Ingredients

  • 5 g of leaves Passiflora sp.
  • 1 cup boiling water

Preparation

Place the passion flower into the cup with boiling water, cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Strain and drink below. It is recommended to take 2 cups of this tea a day after the 18 hours to facilitate sleep.

Natural remedy for stress

An excellent natural remedy to minimize stress after a busy day is to take a nutritious and energizing juice made from kiwi, apple and mint.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple with peel
  • 1 peeled kiwi
  • 1 handful mint

Preparation

Pass all ingredients in the centrifuge and take the following juice. Or, add ice and sweeten to taste.
Take a hot bath on a cold day or a cool bath in a hot day is also a good way to get relax a bit.
Living under stress is harmful to health, so if individual notice symptoms of stress common form is important to find ways to solve the problem. A good tip is to write down everything that bothers you, making a list and try to solve one problem at a time.
