Home remedy for stress
A good home remedy to combat stress is passionflower tea consumption (passion flower) because it has calming and sedative properties.
Ingredients
- 5 g of leaves Passiflora sp.
- 1 cup boiling water
Preparation
Place the passion flower into the cup with boiling water, cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Strain and drink below. It is recommended to take 2 cups of this tea a day after the 18 hours to facilitate sleep.
