The home treatment to improve women's fertility includes a set of tips that can help women achieve pregnancy faster. Some of these tips are:
  • Balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit and low in fats and sugars;
  • Eating foods rich in zinc, selenium, and iron, like beans, beef, Brazil nuts or eggs;
  • Consumption of foods rich in vitamins A, B6 and C, such as fish, soybeans, oats, carrots, broccoli, orange or lemon; 
  • Eating foods rich in vitamin E such as raw nuts, wheat germ and whole grains, which help in hormonal regulation and reduce the risk of miscarriage;
  • Taking folic acid, which stimulates fertility and prevents birth defects in the baby through the pear and melon juice or eating foods such as beans, cooked spinach, lentils and peanuts;
