Home remedy for cramp

A great home remedy for cramp is the banana juice with coconut because bananas are rich in potassium and coconut has many minerals such as magnesium, for example, that are essential to prevent the onset of cramps.
Moreover, this also helps in juice hydration of the body and a well hydrated body prevents cramps. Drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day also helps prevent cramps.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut water

Preparation:

Pass all ingredients in food processor or centrifuge and drink immediately afterwards. It is recommended to take 1 cup of this juice every day before going to sleep to avoid mainly nocturnal cramps.
The cramps are painful and involuntary contractions of muscles for a short period of time usually occur due to dehydration and lack of minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and sodium. Take this juice can help combat cramps, but it is also important to drink plenty of water.
