Juice to calm
A great juice to calm is the raspberry.
Ingredients
- 1 box of raspberries
- 3 tablespoons (soup) of sugar
- 1 apple tea cup
- 500 ml water
Preparation
To prepare the juice, raspberries and sugar must be added to water and beaten in a blender. After the juice is strained, apple tea should be added, this tea can be prepared in sachet or with a dehydrated apple. The juice should be consumed several times a day.
