Orange-bitter tea to lose weight

The orange-bitter tea is an excellent home remedy for weight loss because it has antioxidant properties that cleanse the body and reduce fat and body fluids.

Ingredients

  • Peel of 6 orange-bitter
  • 2 liters of water
  • Honey

Preparation

Add the peels of oranges in a container with water over medium heat and boil for about 20 minutes. Then strain and sweeten with 1 tablespoon (soup) of honey. Should drink 1 cup of tea fasting.
