Some great options for home remedies for osteoporosis are vitamins and juices prepared with fruits rich in calcium such as cashew, mulberry and papaya.

This vitamin, besides benefiting the bones, also helps the intestinal transit, avoiding prison belly. To enjoy their effects on health drink at least 2 cups of this home remedy daily.
